Techon Dater presents Flex-eSuite, an OPC Client Tool which can be used for Plant Monitoring, Process Data Logging, Energy Monitoring; PC based Data Logging, Production Reporting and many other applications. It can also be used as Stand-alone SCADA/HMI or can be integrated with existing SCADA /HMI for professional quality reporting without writing any SQL. It uses innovative information building technology to map time stamped data to interval information using Flex-eTags. Information includes Max, Min, Average value of instantaneous data, consumption value of incremental data, On/Off time of state data. Derives Rate Information from consumption and vice-versa. Aggregates informative Flex-eTag from base interval to higher intervals. 1, 5, 15, 30 or 60 minute base intervals are supported. Hourly (1, 2, 4, 8 Hours), Daily, Weekly and Monthly aggregation is supported. Supports Non-Native Aggregation to derive information such as Maximum Demand, Min or Max Consumption etc. Hundreds types of pre-built report formats.
