You have two options to report an issue. The first one is through our forum and the second is through email (mail now) . Alternatively, you can report the issue by providing the information below:

If you are reporting a Bug, please mention as information about your installation as you can. This information is required to ensure prompt action on the report.  We will revert back to you within 24 hours and fix the bug to provide you a new bug free application. 

If you are submitting a Feed Back or Suggestion, we request you to describe the requirements in such a way that so we understand the underlying purpose of this feature. We are always thankful to you for making our product more useful.
