Each of our products may be optionally purchased with a premium support for one year from the date of first activation. This support may be provided directly by us or through our VAP (Value Adding Partners). This support is through Mail and telephone (In-Bound Calling Only). We may be using Remote Desktop like utilities for accessing your PC.
Please note that Premium support doesn't include on-site installation or troubleshooting (unless explicitly mentioned in your purchase contract).
