Before you mail, just find your answers with the following FAQ section.This section answers your question and doubts about our online purchase. In case you have some question regarding products details refer "Feature Details"  and "Purchase FAQ" sections of the respective product.

Q: Is your Payment Gateway Safe?
Yes it is very safe as we are not using our own payment processing at all. In fact we route all our transaction through Paypal. So, all the transactions are pefromed at the Paypal's site. Your all personal details are safe with Paypal and are never revealed to us. 
Q: What time it takes to get reply from you, once my online transaction is sucessfully completed ?
Once the transacation is completed, we sent you a unique Customer ID. We also sent you a customer login & password for our customer download pages. If you are not using the trial or free edition, you can download setup from these pages. Once you have installed the product, you should send us the Machine ID / Product Key for product activation. Within the 24 hours ( not more than 48 hours in any case), we will send you the activation files to activate your product. See section Product Activation for more details
Q: What is difference between Normal Product and Product with Premium Support?
All of our products have free support thorugh email and fourm. However, this support is meant for getting you acquented with our products and is to ensure that you don't find any problem in using our products. However, you may have your specfic requirements to implement your solutions using our products. In such case, we provide premium support in which we helps and create your solution. The premium support may include creating initial configuraiton files and customisation your products for your specfic requirements. See sections Free Support and Premium Support for more details.
Q: I have purchased a product without Premium Support. Will you assist us in building my solution?
Offcourse Yes. We will assit you in achiving your best implementation. We even assist in creating initial configuration or modify and update your configuration. But, it doesn't mean that we ourself will do it for you completely.
Q: I have pruchased a product without premium support. Now I want Premium Support. How can I get that?
There are two way you can get premium support from us in such cases. First, you pay the difference between the price and get premium support for one year. However, if you need premium support for only some tasks, you may specify us your requirements for which we will quote seperately on man-hour basis.
Q: I am an Indian Customer, what Tax Rate is applicable to me?
If you are an Indian Customer, a VAT @12.5% shall be applicable for online billing, or you may choose for Direct Billing Option for availing concessional Sales Tax Rate by providing "C" form (for all states other than Rajasthan). Contact our product enquiry +91-94133-18916
